Ray Turcotte is very friendly and very professional. He was very quick and does great quality work. Other company i called for this job blew me off. But Turcotte Electric responded right away, gave me a quote 2 days later, and started right away. Was a pleasure hiring him, and was some of the best money I ever spent.

Ray made initial visit to my home to review project requirements. He was familiar with all aspects of my addition and remodel project. He made several follow up calls, to clarify specific project requirements, and gave me confidence he had a good understanding of what we were looking for. Ray made 2nd site visit before I made final decision, to further clarify what would be included. I ultimately decided on Ray , after comparison to 4 other quotes I received. He was not the least expensive price, but he gave me confidence he had the best understanding of my project. He started right away, in order to keep project on schedule.

If I am being honest, they had a tiny bit of a time getting here because of other emergency jobs, but they remedied the situation so future hires need not worry!! Ray made the situation better by sending Chris, who I feel could be Brad Pitt’s son, but I digress!!

Ray and Chris were professional every step of the way. From providing us with a competitive bid to following up with the required paperwork that we needed for our insurance company, they were good listeners, concerned with safety, and punctual. They had several suggestions that have made life easier in our new home.

Ray arrived at arranged time, very courteous. Called if was running late. He explained to Chris, his worker, and me, what needed to be done and Chris went right to work and completed everything in just one day. I added something not included in original estimate, no problem, bill was adjusted with no problem. My problem was knob and tube wiring that a previous electrician never completed for Mass Save. Ray knew exactly what Mass Save would need done. I would definitely hire him again if I needed another electrician.

Ray and his staff were excellent. He called immediately to view my job and provided a quote. He was very professional. They were quick and cleaned up the mess. He also referred me to someone that could repair the ceiling. I would call him for all future electrical needs and I have already referred him! It’s nice to find someone willing to do the big and small jobs! Thank you.

Turcotte Electric is old school in the best way possible! I found Ray Turcotte and the electrician who performed the work to be down-to-earth nice guys. They were responsive, there when they said the would be, respectful of my home, and provided quality workmanship for a reasonable price. Work performed: Installed 2 ceiling fans, a chandelier, and corrected incorrect wiring in one outlet.

Ray and his staff are outstanding. Prior to my hiring him we took several walks around the house and garage so he could see what needed to be done and explained the details to me. He is very professional and all the work was completed meticulously and the time projected. The main project was converting knob and tube wiring throughout the house and garage. and adding outlets where they we needed. Cleanup was immediate. I would recommend Turcotte Electric to anyone in need of electrical work.

Mr. Turcotte (Ray) and his assistant Chris have completed the 1st half of a major update of the outdated wiring in our 85 year old house. Their work and professional manner of doing business is 1st class. Quickly responded to our Home Advisor inquiry (same day). Work was done on time and exactly as discussed during our 1st meeting. We are looking forward to completion of the project in the fall and will update our review at that time.
